The late middle ages in Europe were shaped by many cultural, social and political learning processes. During this epoch, social structures, forms of coexistence and rulership changed, and many people looked at foreign cultures. The techniques of agriculture, crafts, mining and war were significantly further developed, new ways of life formed in the cities and markets.
